T. S. Pizarro Manpower Services And Construction Incorporated, (License No: POEA-073-LB-042820-R) is duly authorized and license to recruit, hire and process for its duly accredited foreign principals.

We started as a construction company with different projects here in the Philippines in 1970. In view of the fact that the construction industry is seasonal and the owner has the bulk of qualified workers, he decided to convert T. S. Pizarro Manpower Services And Construction Incorporated into a Manpower Services Recruitment Agency specialized in technical in 1979 and started deploying workers in different countries.

Our Approach

We ensure step-by-step recruitment solutions as per the client’s manpower requirements maintaining the procedure below:

Based on client's needs organizing and co-ordinating interviews and trade tests for various categories in the country of origin.

Providing client all necessary documents (passport copy, certificate/ license, medical test report, photograph) before applying for visa.

Completing all emigration procedures at the country of origin of the candidate before deployment.
